These are awesome. There were times when my hike was really rocky or steep and these saved my butt from rolling down a mountain. I feel more confident hiking with these and I feel more balanced.
I once saw someone who was using a trekking pole as a cane, I made note of that. I was thinking that it was smart, and it was retractable, looked good!. Usually walking canes cost are the same as the aluminum trek poles. I think these are the best options for this reason. Affordable, two for the same price, and very nice in terms of quality and convenience. Great choice and willing to buy again. Thanks again.
Very lightweight and perfect for hiking.
Got the 7075 aluminum and they are perfect. Well engineered and ruggedly constructed. Very stable and ergonomic. Easy to adjust. I am 73 years old and have been hiking since the sixties. I did not need them in 1966 but they are a necessity now.
I'm 73 and my knees aren't what they used to be. With these my confidence has been restored. I feel I can go anywhere. I really like them. Maybe someday I'll get the carbon fiber poles which is the real reason I inquired, but you were out of stock.
We loved the poles on our recent trip to Glacier National Park. We hiked almost 70 challenge miles and almost constantly used them. Super light, very comfortable cork handles, and always dependable. They collapse to reasonable length to lash onto pack when not being used. We’ve enthusiastically recommended them to several friends who have also purchased them.
I had a stroke last year, and I needed these to get around the house. These poles have two rubber feet so I don't slide around. They work great.
I used these trekking poles on trip to Utah. They fold up nicely for easy traveling. They are strong and light weight and comfortable to use. They were especially helpful when we hiked the Narrows in Zion.
Harper's Ferry - Maryland Heights Trail, severe climb, applied my full weight up and down, especially rock hopping, the locks held tight! It was my first time using trekking poles and LOVED them. Cork grips comfortable on the hands - excellent product. I'm 5'3" and got the men's to be able use with my tent. I feel I might be as short as one can be and successfully use them, just so you can size up or down accordingly.
We used this pole first time for five days vacation in Arizona to Utah - Kanab, Grand Staircase Escalante, Toadstool, Lake powell, Glen canyon, Horshoe Bend State Park, Brice Canyon, Peekcaboo Canyon, Escalante Petrified Forest State Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Arches National Park. Very useful and excellent tool for hiking. I highly recommend this to senior citizens as well.
I took these poles out for a trial 4 mile hike and it was like a night and day change from my old poles!!! They felt like an extension of my arms and hands! So well designed and comfortable. Thank you for making a quality product!!
These are my first set of trekking poles. I bought them mostly for stability on slippery terrain and to help my knees downhill. They have not disappointed! When I first set the poles up I tested each one individually to make sure the clamps held well. I leaned my full weight on them and they didn’t budge. The grips are comfortable and the poles are light but still feel sturdy on the trail. The 2 year warranty is also a nice touch but as tough as these are I doubt I’ll need it.
Husband loves the new poles and can’t wait to try them with his pack full of gear!
Appreciate your great customer service and quality products. Have only used the poles a few times, but enjoyed having the extra support. Great product.
I bought a pair of blue (to be different!) aluminum treking poles (carbon was too much $) and I have used them every day when I have gone out for my 2-3 mile walk through the snow/ice here in Minneapolis. They have really helped me maintain my balance! I wouldn't go out without them! The changeable accessories included with them are really appreciated and are NOT included with poles from other vendors. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
These poles are strong and light and come with great accessories. I am very satisfied with them.
I had a serious back injury that was still not "fixed" after 4 surgeries. I knew that all the parts were there and welded together but walking was still not what I could do without pain. The cane thing (while really cool) didn't get me far because I was lopsided and bent when walking. So.... I got my "walking sticks" and now I can walk back "straitish", looking ahead not down, and heel toe it down the sidewalk. I am looking forward them taking me on the trails in the spring.
The delivery was super, the instructions clear, and they poles went together with no wrangling. Keep up the good work.
Excellent trekking poles! Used them several times to go in and out of the Grand Canyon. They are very light weight and reliable. Great idea to have the tightening nuts adjusted with fingers. Have total confidence in bearing all my weight on them when descending down very steep and hazardous terrain.
Loved them just spent 8 days in the back country of Colorado on an elk hunt used them every day in the snow and rocks!
I received a pair of Foxelli trekking poles for Christmas (at my request). I liked them so much that when I lost them I Immediately ordered a new pair. They've been hiking most weekends with an occasional backpacking trip thrown in and have been fantastic. I'm older and really rely on my hiking poles to keep me balanced, cross streams, ascend and descend steep mountains and rocky scrambles. I like how they have multiple grips with a padded rubberized grip below the cork grip - very helpful on really steep rocky scrambles. The poles also come with multiple tips for different terrains; no need to get extra tips. They're easy to collapse and the included instructions answer any questions you may have.
Love these poles! They lock tight, very sturdy, yet light weight and pack up nicely. I highly recommend them!
I've used these on two 5 mile hikes so far, once in dry weather, once in the rain. Loved them! Great grip design stayed comfortable in the hand regardless of weather, very sturdy feel. I often put most of my weight on them up and down steep grades and had no slippage at all. Take the time to tighten and test the clamps as described in the instructions and you'll have no problems. Overall a GREAT product!

The poles Arrived very quickly, with clear instructions. They are easy to adjust for my height and comfortable to hold. They helped me enormously when I had some injuries and arthritis that were slowing me down; now I use them for balance and plan to use them all winter with the tips for ice. Fabulous and very useful product! Banks, Foxelli!
Got to put my trekking poles to the test today. They helped me summit Mt. St. Helens. They’re amazing trekking poles and well worth every penny! If you are looking to purchase trekking poles, look no further, you’ll love these. Thanks Foxelli for an amazing product!
A birthday gift for my very active 86 years young father. He hikes down the canyon in Taos to fish the Rio Grande river. As his overprotective daughter, the stability of this product provides peace of mind. These trekking poles have been and will continue to be used weekly throughout the summer then onto winter activities. Thank you for supporting my father’s passions.
I am going to spend a week in Wyoming's Crandell Valley and Yellowstone Park in late Aug.
This is a very rugged area 20 miles south of Cooke City / Silvergate Montana. Was there last 2 years.
Will let you know how they performed
I found you on a google search and it was very fortunate for me. The poles performed beautifully in the San Gregorio mountains. Thank you.
Bought these for my 91 year old Dad to use on walks. He loves them and them help him feel stabile. He uses the rubber tips for asphalt. And he likes them in the house too. Great product. Cool looking.
The Foxelli Trekking Poles have been a wonderful help in helping me to regain confidence in my balance while walking the neighborhood. I had a serious fall about 6 weeks ago and my doctor suggested I use poles to help me on my walks. Thanks to an “excellence by accident”, I purchased the Foxelli Poles and couldn’t be happier! If you are considering purchasing “something” for your walks/hikes, I highly recommend Foxelli.
Walk everyday with them.
Really high quality for the price love using them!
