Q: Do you sell any of the parts separately (plastic brackets, rechargeable batteries, headbands)?
A: Unfortunately, we do not, however, we encourage you to contact our customer support if something is wrong with the headlamp or any of its parts is broken!
Q: How do I turn the red light mode on my MX20 or MX200?
A: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1.5. The same should be done to exit it.
Q: How bright is the red light mode on my MX20, MX200 and MX10?
A: MX20 - 40 Lumens.
MX200 - 15 Lumens.
MX10 - 30 Lumens.
Q: How do I turn the red light mode on my MX20, MX200 or MX210?
A: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1.5. The same should be done to exit it.
Q: Why is my MX350 headlamp not charging?
A:Make sure that you removed the plastic circuit breaker from the battery compartment and charge the headlamp fully afterwards. It should work like a charm!
Q: What kind of battery is in your MX350, can I replace it to a different capacity?
A: The lithium battery is replaceable, you can choose any capacity as long as the battery is of type 18650 - 3.7V
